Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Worker to join our construction team. This role involves supporting various aspects of concrete-related projects, primarily focusing on material transportation and job site assistance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating trucks and trailers, running errands for materials, and assisting with job site tasks as needed. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in the construction industry within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive pickup trucks and trailers to transport materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist with running jobs by providing necessary materials and support during concrete projects.
- Support the team in setting up and preparing work areas for concrete pouring and finishing tasks.
- Backup trailer operation skills to ensure smooth logistics and material handling.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating pickup trucks and trailers is preferred; training will be provided for trailer backup skills if necessary.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety procedures.
- Basic knowledge of construction site operations is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
