Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to continuously improve efficiency, reduce cargo damage rates, minimize inbound/outbound errors, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper operation and regular maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.); complete daily forklift logs and report any equipment issues promptly
- Ensure timely unloading of incoming goods and timely preparation of outgoing shipments; verify that all barcodes and shipping labels are correctly affixed per company requirements
- Conduct quality and appearance inspections of all inbound and outbound goods; for inbound, photograph any discrepancies or damages (at least one photo per damaged area); for outbound, capture all four sides, the top, any damaged areas, and a panoramic view of goods loaded on the vehicle
- Strictly enforce the dual-check process (supervisor + operator) for all outbound shipments; co-sign delivery notes with consignees to ensure accuracy and prevent mis-shipment or duplicate delivery
- Perform or oversee disassembly and repackaging of protective layers on goods as required
- Ensure the safety of all goods, personnel, equipment, and the warehouse premises; truthfully and promptly report any operational or safety incidents to the warehouse manager
- Manage and ensure accuracy of ERP system entries, barcode scanning, and inventory processes across inbound, outbound, and stock count operations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all warehouse areas to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment
- Guide, supervise, and provide safety training to warehouse operators; assist the warehouse manager with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse supervisor or similar management role required
- Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (forklift certification preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with the ability to independently manage system entries, inventory counts, and barcode scanning workflows
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high SKU variety and limited storage space; strong organizational and problem-solving skills required
- Mandarin/Chinese fluency preferred
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team communicator.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
