Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Wound Care
- Venous Blood Draws
- IV Infusion Skills
- Oasis Documentation
- Assessments
Home Health RN Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing. ER or Med-Surg background a plus
- Previous experience in Home Health is a requirement
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education/Training:
- Valid State of California RN license. Current BCLS provider card from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Good physical and mental health.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year experience in hospital or other health facility, or in skilled home care. Specialty areas (medical surgical, intensive care, emergency room, skilled nursing facility, etc.). May require additional experience and/or training.
- A minimum of One years of Home Health experience.
Days/Hours
- We operate Monday through Sunday
- RN's set their visits with their clients allowing for a flexible schedule
