Qualifications:
Skills and Abilities

Fundamental expertise in mechanical, electro-mechanical, instrumentation, and automation systems, or other related technical skills and abilities.

Experience with maintenance management systems (work orders, preventative maintenance, scheduling).

Knowledge of millwright, machinist, or engineering principles is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 60lbs.

This position requires standing, walking, climbing, twisting, reaching, bending, and lifting.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial plant maintenance. Strong background in mechanical repairs. Electrical systems, and automation experience highly desirable. Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial networks and automated systems a plus. Proven supervisory or team leadership experience required.
Education: Associate degree in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical technology, mechanical engineering, or related technical field preferred. Relevant military technical training welcomed. Equivalent practical experience may substitute for formal education.
