Position Overview
We are hiring an autonomous, high-caliber Front of House (FOH) Lead to anchor our front-of-house operations, register interface, and order fulfillment logistics. This is a hands-on, high-velocity leadership role designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on operational precision, check-size optimization, and absolute order accuracy.
You will report directly to ownership and hold execution authority over the front deck. This position offers complete day-to-day autonomy during shifts, backed by an environment free of late-night bar hours (doors close at 8/9 PM).
Core Responsibilities

POS & Counter Control: Own the point-of-sale terminal, incoming phone lines, and walk-in guest interface with professional speed and communication layout.
- Order Quality Assurance: Personally audit, pack, and stage all native online, third-party delivery, and walk-in takeout orders to guarantee 100% item completion and zero-defect accuracy.
- Revenue Optimization: Actively drive incremental topline growth at the register through high-engagement, natural upselling (beverages, premium toppings, side pairings).
- Cash & Drawer Integrity: Execute opening setup configurations and end-of-day register drawer counts with zero discrepancies. Maintain an immaculate, highly organized front service counter.
- Operational Adaptability: Partner seamlessly with the kitchen production line to manage ticket pacing and maintain steady floor velocity during peak weekend surges.
Requirements

2+ years of high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant experience with keyholder, floor lead, or shift coordinator responsibility.
- Complete proficiency navigating modern, cloud-based POS hardware and multi-channel digital order queues.
- Grounded customer-resolution skills—the ability to maintain absolute professionalism and clear head under high-volume pressure.
- Total reliability to execute a fixed 36-hour weekly block (Tuesday through Sunday).
- Must pass a standard background check and cash-handling verification screening.
