Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble edible fruit arrangements with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
- Handle food production tasks including fruit packaging, cake decorating, pastry preparation, and baked goods assembly
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support high-volume production needs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety standards
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality and presentation
- Assist with food handling, knife skills, and other culinary tasks such as catering or restaurant prep as needed
- Support team members in managing food safety management practices and adhering to all health regulations
- Ensure all products are prepared according to company standards for food industry excellence
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation, cake decorating, baking or pastry making is highly preferred
- Demonstrated kitchen experience with high-volume production environments or catering services
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper handling of baked goods and fresh produce
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, or food processors
- Customer service experience that emphasizes professionalism and positive interactions with clients or team members
- Familiarity with recipe adherence, food industry standards, and culinary techniques for baked goods and fruit arrangements
- Previous roles in restaurants or catering settings that require quick turnaround times and attention to detail
