We’re looking for two reliable people to join our crew, learn the business, and grow with the company. For the right individuals, there is opportunity to take on more responsibility and move into leadership roles as NorthPeak Moving expands.
No moving experience is required. We’re more interested in someone dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and able to work well with customers and the rest of the crew.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload household furniture, boxes, and other belongings
- Safely carry and protect customers’ property
- Assist with furniture disassembly and reassembly
- Use moving equipment such as dollies, straps, and moving pads
- Follow directions and communicate well with the crew
- Maintain a professional attitude around customers
- Help keep jobs organized and moving efficiently
- Drive company/rental vehicles when needed and authorized
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable and dependable
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying furniture and other heavy household items
- Comfortable with stairs, long carries, and physically demanding work
- Willing to learn — experience is not necessary
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Flexible availability
Schedule
This is part-time/on-call moving work, and hours vary depending on booked jobs. Some days may only be a couple of hours, while larger moves can be long, physically demanding days. Applicants should understand that weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
