Qualifications Education: Completion of a bachelor degree in one of the following fields:behavior analysis, special education, psychology, early childhood education, child development or other closely related field. Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience implementing, designing various data-collection systems to track progress, monitoring others implementation of programs and disseminating information to both parents and therapists. The scope of the applicant’s experience should include demonstrating the above skills with a minimum of five families. Job Requirements: The lead therapist serves as a liaison between all members of client’s team. Applicants are responsible for all therapist’s responsibilities plus interpreting consultant’s recommendations, designing programs and disseminating program changes to all members of the team. In addition, the applicant must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of ABA techniques, provide some parent and therapist training and participate in all training and meetings for skill development.
