No experience? No problem! We provide full training to set you up for success. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. If you have retail or customer service experience, even better! What You’ll Do
- Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and a smile, creating a warm and inviting store atmosphere
- Assist customers in choosing wireless devices, accessories, and plans that fit their needs
- Demonstrate products and explain features in a clear, friendly way
- Handle sales transactions, POS systems, payments, and cash accurately
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services that add value for customers
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing through proper merchandising
- Stock shelves and help manage inventory to ensure product availability
- Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with your team
- Communicate professionally with customers in-store, over the phone, or digitally
- Assist in mentoring new team members as needed and promote a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Spanish speakers are a must — you’ll be helping our diverse customer community
- No prior retail experience required — we will train you!
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning about wireless technology
- Strong communication and people skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a bonus, but not required
- Comfort with basic math, cash handling, and customer service
