Sales Manager – Salesforce Professional Services
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Executive/Manager to help AppShark grow our Salesforce Professional Services business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building pipelines, and excels at closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales (85%) to acquire new customers and grow revenue.
- Own and achieve your individual sales quota.
- Partner with Salesforce Account Executives to win new logo business.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and demos to closing.
- Convert warm marketing leads into long-term clients.
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate notes, leads, and account activities.
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to improve satisfaction, conversion rates, and overall sales impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 1+ year as a Salesforce Professional Services AE.
- Proven track record working with or directly at Salesforce, or collaborating with Salesforce AEs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence senior decision-makers.
- Growth-oriented mindset—driven to achieve organizational and personal success.
- Comfortable with fast-growth sales tech stacks.
- ICP-focused: skilled at research, pipeline building, and engaging senior leaders.
