What You’ll Do
- Prep wheels for refinishing (degreasing, scuffing, masking)
- Grind and sand curb rash and damaged areas to restore surfaces
- Assist in the paint booth with basecoat and clearcoat application
- Deliver clean, consistent finishes that meet shop standards
- Support wheel balancing and final prep as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace

- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable and consistent- shows up ready to work
- Experience in prep, paint, autobody, or detailing is a plus (we will train the right person)
- Comfortable working with your hands in a shop environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
