Job Title: Outside Services Attendant

Position Summary:
The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to members and guests while supporting daily golf operations. This role includes handling golf carts, managing the driving range, assisting with bag drop, and maintaining a clean and organized staging area. The attendant is a key part of the golfer's first and last impression of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Prepare, stage, and clean golf carts before and after use.
- Load and unload golf bags; clean clubs when requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and bag drop zone.
- Set up and maintain the driving range and short game areas, including ball pickup, cleaning, and replenishing.
- Maintain golf carts: check batteries, sand bottles, scorecards, towels, tees, and ensure proper functioning.
- Assist with tournament setup, staging, and breakdown as needed.
- Provide information about the course, tee times, amenities, and policies.
- Ensure a safe and professional environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; golf or hospitality experience a plus.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay productive and proactive during slower times.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
