About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Appraiser based in or near Fresno, CA to join our team of senior MAI-designated professionals, operating out of our Sacramento office. This role will cover a diverse territory spanning from Bakersfield to Modesto and across the Central Coast. You’ll gain hands-on experience with complex valuation assignments across a variety of property types and purposes—including financial reporting, acquisition, mortgage lending, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, market analysis, and valuations for a broad spectrum of commercial real estate assets.
- Inspect properties.
- Prepare detailed appraisal and consulting reports tailored to client needs.
- Work alongside senior-level appraisers and MAI-designated professionals.
- Interface directly with clients, providing clear, data-supported insights.
- Contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Potential to participate in Central Valley office growth.
