Screen Print Press Operator (Automatic & Manual Presses)
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

We're looking for an experienced Screen Print Press Operator to produce high-quality custom apparel and promotional products. If you have experience operating automatic or manual screen printing equipment and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate automatic and/or manual screen printing presses
- Read work orders and prepare jobs for production
- Register colors and ensure accurate print alignment
- Mix inks and maintain consistent color throughout production
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot print issues and make press adjustments as needed
- Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and printing equipment
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Help with screen preparation and reclaiming when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of screen printing experience
- Experience operating automatic or manual screen printing presses
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift
Preferred Experience
- Experience with M&R, ROQ, Anatol, or similar equipment
- Knowledge of plastisol and specialty inks
- Screen preparation, reclaiming, and exposure
- Pantone color matching and color separations
