The Clean Up position helps maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, bathrooms, and kitchen.
Duties:
- Clean up spills, including drinks, broken glass, and bio-hazardous waste.
- Maintain bathrooms.
- Vacuum floors.
- Clean lights, railings, and brass.
- Empty refuse containers.
- Wipe down counters, machines, and tables.
- Use all cleaning chemicals within the department.
- Clean kitchen areas, ware washing, equipment washing, and heavy-duty mat washing.
- Follow procedures and controls for the kitchens, including safeguards against damage, pilferage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are followed and report unsafe or unsanitary conditions to management.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Prior experience is preferred
- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Must be able to lift twenty pounds on a regular basis
