Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description:
PrideStaff is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in our multiple offices. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast paced environment of recruiting, qualifying, and interviewing great candidates and then matching these candidates with the great companies primarily in the manufacturing and light industrial industries. The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist is bi-lingual in Spanish, has solid experience in the staffing industry, and demonstrates superb communication and time management skills. If you can quickly assess a candidate's skills, abilities, and willingness to work, we want to hear from you. The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is a full-time, in office, direct hire position with an outstanding team in Sacramento, CA.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, Emails & Networking
- Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent
- Perform Reference & Background Checks
- Make MPC & Inside Sales Calls & Quickly Prescreen For Core Positions
- Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients Alike
- Marketing Our Key Talent to The Right Clients to Present The Perfect Candidate For The Job
- Negotiating Pay & Bill Rates With Clients
Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- AA Required, BA/BS Preferred But Not Required
- 2+ Years of Recruiting Experience in Light Industrial Preferred
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish Required
- Must be Able to Type 65 WPM & Demonstrates Solid Computer Literacy
- Solid Written & Verbal Communication With Exceptional Organizational Skills Required
