The Details:
Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week)
- Flexible schedules between 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours/day—more hours available if desired
- Multiple age group classrooms available – let us know your preference!

What You’ll Bring:
- EEC Teacher certification (or ability to meet EEC requirements)
- Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices
- Experience working with children and families
- Leadership, patience, and a love for helping kids grow
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy classroom
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- A team spirit and willingness to learn every day
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Keeping children safe, engaged, and thriving
- Meeting all MA EEC regulations with confidence
- Documenting observations and contributing to classroom planning
- Building lasting relationships with families
- Using our communication app or email to update parents
- Reporting and documenting any concerns or incidents professionally
- Opening or closing the center as part of the team
- Leading fun, enriching daily programs based on our curriculum
- Supporting your team and stepping in where needed—because that’s what great teachers do!
