Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, professional, and energetic On-Call Brand Ambassadors to support our growing presence. This role is specifically designed for individuals who are flexible and available to be scheduled as needed for tastings, retail activations, and promotional events within the surrounding areas.
As an On-Call Brand Ambassador, you will represent Maxwell Park Tequila in retail environments, engage with consumers, conduct tastings, and help drive brand awareness and sales. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, adapting to changing schedules, and being part of a fast-growing premium brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Call Availability & Coverage
- Be available for on-call scheduling based on business needs and market demand
- Accept and fulfill shifts across the Northwest Indiana territory
- Maintain clear and timely communication regarding availability
- Be prepared to cover last-minute or high-priority shifts when needed
Consumer Engagement
- Host in-store tastings at liquor stores and retail locations
- Educate consumers on product profile, brand story, and tasting notes
- Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Encourage product trial and support sales conversion
Brand Representation
- Represent Maxwell Park Tequila with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Communicate key brand messaging and differentiators effectively
- Maintain a polished and on-brand appearance at all times
- Create a memorable and elevated consumer experience
Event Execution
- Set up and break down tasting stations (table, signage, materials, product)
- Ensure all tastings comply with state and store regulations
- Manage inventory and sampling quantities during events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing setup
Reporting & Communication
- Submit post-event reports including:
- Consumer feedback
- Estimated samples poured
- Sales observations
- Event photos
- Communicate any issues, wins, or insights to management
- Provide real-time updates if needed during events
QualificationsRequired
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Comfortable standing for extended periods (3–5 hours)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to adapt to a flexible, on-call schedule
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in spirits, wine, beer, or beverage industry
- Bartending, hospitality, or event experience
- Sales or promotional experience
- Familiarity with premium spirits and tasting techniques

Typical Scheduling Expectations
- Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday)
- Afternoon and evening tastings
