Pay: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play an essential role in keeping our properties safe, attractive, and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

Completing service requests and work orders in a timely manner

Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues

Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections

Preparing apartments for new residents (turns and make-readies)
-
Maintaining common areas, amenities, and grounds

Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with safety standards

Assisting with emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation

Working closely with management and residents to provide exceptional customer service

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair

EPA Certification preferred

CPO Certification preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
