<Job Summary>

This role offers an opportunity to operate tractor-trailers. As a key player in our logistics network, you'll ensure timely load and unload operations, route driving, and delivery of freight to our valued customers. Your expertise will keep operations moving smoothly while providing exceptional service on every trip.
We have openings for the following Driver Positions:
- Local Delivery Drivers (hourly pay)
- Short Line (CA/AZ/NV) - (Mileage + additional pay)
- Long Haul (Central US/ East) Over the Road - (Mileage + additional pay)
<Duties>
- Safely operate a range of commercial trucks, including manual transmission tractor-trailers for local deliveries
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
- Deliver freight to designated locations following planned routes and schedules while maintaining accurate delivery documentation
- Manage route driving responsibilities with precision to meet delivery deadlines and optimize fuel efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered during trips
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of vehicles to uphold safety standards and operational readiness
<Skills>
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL Class A license for local routes
- Strong knowledge of manual transmission operation and tractor-trailer handling skills
- Excellent driving record demonstrating safe driving habits and adherence to traffic laws
- Skilled in route planning and route driving to maximize efficiency and punctuality
- Good communication skills for interacting with dispatch teams and customers
- Physical ability to perform load securement tasks and handle freight handling equipment
