About the Role
We’re hiring a remote Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to active advertisers and book qualified meetings for our senior sales team. You’ll be introducing the Direct Mail, Connected TV, and Podcast advertising solutions we’re known for. This is a phone-forward role built for someone who wants to move into commission-based advertising sales as a long-term career.
You’ll work from home on a consistent daily call schedule. If you prefer a self-directed, remote environment over a traditional office, this role is designed for you.
What You’ll Do
- Make approximately 50–70 outbound cold calls per day to active advertisers.
- Introduce our Direct Mail, Connected TV (CTV), and Podcast advertising solutions.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records in our CRM.
- Hit weekly call-volume and appointment-setting targets.

Compensation
This role pays a base salary plus uncapped commission on qualified appointments that convert. Total realistic earnings range from $20,800 to $50,000 per year depending on your experience, performance, and bonuses. The base is guaranteed; commission is earned on top of it.
Career growth: Strong performers can advance from Appointment Setter into a senior sales (closer) role. Closers who build a book of business over several years have the potential to earn significantly more. These higher figures reflect top, tenured performers and are not typical first-year earnings for the appointment-setter position advertised here.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and confident making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to build quick rapport.
- Self-motivated and disciplined working independently in a remote setting.
- Resilient and consistent in the face of rejection.
- Interested in building a career in commission-based advertising sales.
- Prior sales, cold-calling, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
