What You'll Do
You'll work directly with FESA members to help them understand and take advantage of financial and insurance benefits available to them.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Reconnecting with members and scheduling client appointments
- Conducting service-focused conversations with existing members
- Assisting with account reviews, withdrawals, and general service requests
- Identifying opportunities to introduce members to additional benefits and solutions
- Building relationships and generating referrals through exceptional service
- Educating members on life insurance, retirement, health, and supplemental products
- Conducting virtual client appointments
- Learning to provide personalized financial recommendations based on each client's needs

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, recruiting, retail, call centers, education, customer service, or other people-focused roles is a plus.
No Insurance Experience? No Problem.
We'll help you learn the industry, prepare for your licensing exam, develop your communication skills, and understand our products and process.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $75,000.00 per year
