Experience
· Active GPS Tracking via Client software
· Adhere to management directives, rules, and procedures
· Adhere to safety methods, practices, and programs
· Develop effective working relationship with peers, management, and clients (Automated Security IS)
· Responsible to maintain the physical appearance of the Automated Security I.S. security operation console during assigned shift facility at a professional level of cleanliness
· Receive and understand shift pass down reports & documenting all important information relative to completing job tasks
· Actively work console operation duties assigned
· Maintain a productivity percentage of at least 90% average productivity
· Some Alarm Monitoring and/or GPS tracking required
· Perform other duties are required
· Computer Literacy

· Troubleshooting
· Typing Speed: average typing speed is around 40 words per minute.
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Strong understanding of operating systems, software, and devices
