Be the first impression — answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism, and route them to the right team member quickly and efficiently
Greet and assist clients, guests, vendors, and team members in person with a friendly, confident presence
Manage conference room schedules and make sure each space is clean, prepared, and ready for meetings
Keep electronic files organized by retrieving, labeling, and uploading documents accurately
Support the appearance and upkeep of common areas — you’ll help ensure our office stays polished and client-ready at all times
A natural ability to connect with people and provide excellent customer service
Superb communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional at all times
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organized under pressure
Cultural awareness and the ability to interact respectfully with everyone
Proven ability to build relationships with internal staff and external guests
Professional phone etiquette, even when juggling a high call volume
Comfort using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internal filing or scheduling systems
