A growing mobile wound care company is seeking a skilled Chronic Wound Care Clinician NP to join our team. This role combines hands-on patient care with the opportunity to help expand and promote our services within the healthcare community.
Chronic wound experience is required.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality chronic wound care to patients in various settings
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history and symptom evaluation
- Conduct wound evaluations and administer appropriate treatments
- Educate patients on wound care management and prevention strategies
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Support continuity of care through follow-ups and communication with patients
Professional & Outreach Role
- Represent and promote our services to healthcare providers and facilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships within the community
- Communicate the value of our wound care services to potential partners
- Contribute to expanding access to high-quality wound care in the region

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of chronic wound care experience (required)
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
- Comfortable engaging with providers and promoting services

- Cincinnati, Dayton, and surrounding areas (mobile/in-person care)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
