What You’ll Do
- Prepare IHOP breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items according to IHOP recipes and standards.
- Cook eggs, pancakes, omelets, meats, hash browns, and other breakfast favorites with consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain fast ticket times while ensuring every plate meets our quality standards.
- Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and fellow cooks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Complete prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties throughout your shift.
- Help create a positive environment for both guests and teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of high-volume breakfast cook experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Willingness to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety knowledge is a plus.
