Key Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, ensuring efficient operation.
· Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for primarily commercial and some residential customers.
· Maintain accurate records or work performed and parts used
· Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
· Maintain a clean and professional job site.
· Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
· Utilize strong time management skills to ensure efficient project completion.
· Adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of HVAC experience.
· EPA certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
· Minimum high school diploma or GED.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to stay on task.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 5 years of HVAC experience.
· Strong diagnostic skills is a plus.
· Ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer priorities.
· Familiarity with water source heat pumps.
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
