Blend Juicery is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Manager to help lead our growing team!
If you're someone who loves creating a positive atmosphere, enjoys leading by example, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a fun, hardworking team
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Open and/or close the store
- Oversee daily operations and food safety
- Manage inventory and product ordering
- Train and coach team members
- Help ensure every smoothie, bowl, and juice meets Blend's high standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred but willing to work with the right candidate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, positive, and self-motivated
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday availability is required)
