Every night, our team mixes fresh dough, proofs it, fries it to perfection, glazes it by hand, and creates premium artisan donuts that customers line up for. We're looking for passionate bakers who take pride in quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
- Prepare yeast-raised and cake donut dough from scratch
- Scale, mix, knead, and proof dough
- Cut, fry, and finish donuts consistently
- Bake Croissants from scratch
- Prepare glazes, icings, fillings, and toppings
- Maintain production schedules and quality standards
- Keep the bakery clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of bakery or donut production experience
- Experience working with yeast dough
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation
- Available for overnight and early morning shifts
- History of responsible work ethics
Preferred:
- Experience making donuts from scratch
- Knowledge of fermentation and proofing
- Experience with commercial mixers, proofers, and fryers
- Decorating and glazing experience
- Leadership or production planning experience
- Responsible person
