Come Join Atlanta's BEST Dog daycare as an Assistant Manager! Our team prides itself on having a true passion for dogs and people. They have a passion to be a part of a team and manage all aspects of operations, personnel and takes ownership of the stores profit/loss.

What you need to offer us:
- A genuine love of dogs and belief in our mission
- Ability & Desire to work both Front of House and Back of House
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- 3-5 years of management experience and 3+ years of relevant experience as an animal caretaker, kennel assistant, kennel technician, dog daycare attendant, veterinary assistant, dog walker, or pet sitter.
- Oversee customer communication, especially when Manager is not present
- Excellent communication Skills
- Ability to effectively give and receive positive/construction feedback
- Positive, highly motivated self-starter
- Reliable transportation
- Be physically able – you will be on your feet almost all the time and the job requires lifting of up to 40 lbs
- Ability to pass a criminal background test
What you do:
- Help Manage a team of 15-20 employees
- Highly Motivated and Positive!
- Ability to effectively manage, discipline and lead team members while building a fun and hardworking culture
- Take responsibility to drive revenue while effectively managing the cost structure
- Work with staff to ensure best-in-class customer service to both the human customers and dogs
- Foster a positive and happy work environment and maintain positive store morale
- Consistently and quickly exercise professional judgement
- Be dependable, trustworthy, and show up for shifts on time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $37,000.00 per year
