IOP Technician
Westwind Recovery is seeking an IOP Technician to support clients in their treatment and recovery journey. The IOP Technician plays a key role in ensuring client safety, assisting with daily activities, and helping clients stay engaged in their treatment plans.
Key Duties:
Safely transport clients to and from appointments, meetings, and activities (driving is essential)
May be required to drive long distances on certain days
Keep company vehicles and facilities clean and safe (cleaning is essential)
Monitor clients for safety, compliance, and participation in treatment
Assist with groups, documentation, and daily operations
Requirements:
Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations in last 3 years) – must qualify for company insurance
Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in behavioral health or recovery setting preferred
