You will be working in a fast-paced, high energy work environment. Must have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people. This is a great entry level job with potential to branch out into different departments and continued growth. Valet drivers must possess the ability to perform physical activities such as standing for long periods of time, running and lifting. Valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities:
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Answer questions and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Control service drive traffic flow and maintain organized parking areas
- Safely move, park, and secure vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are locked and protected
- Manage and maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking and service areas
- Maintain proper key control and organization at all times
- Assist with vehicle washing and preparation
- Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards
- Assist Service Advisors and other team members as needed
