We are now looking for an experienced confident Dental Office Administrator to join our team.If you are well organized with dental office experience and love building relationships with patients, you’ll find a long-term home here.
- What You’ll Do (The Big Picture):You will be sharing office tasks with two other very competent administrative staff handling everything from patient first impressions to behind-the-scenes administrative tasks.
- Patient Experience: Warmly greet patients, manage a busy multi-line phone system, and orchestrate the schedule to maintain an efficient, stress-free daily flow.
- Insurance & Billing: Handle all aspects of dental insurance, including verification, breakdowns, submittal, tracking claims, managing narratives, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Treatment Coordinating: Confidently present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and help patients find ways to afford the care they need.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of dental front office experience is required. Previous dental assisting experience is a plus!
- Software Savvy: Proficiency with dental practice management software (experience with Eaglesoft and Weave is a massive plus!).
- Insurance Expertise: Deep understanding of dental coding, insurance billing, and how to successfully navigate claim denials.
- The Right Attitude: A proactive problem-solver, highly organized, adaptable, and possess the emotional intelligence to handle a variety of patient and team needs with grace.
