We are currently seeking a friendly, service-oriented Server to join our Dining Services team at The Blake at Miramar Beach. If you have a heart for service and love creating meaningful moments through hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

Primary Responsibilities of the Server
- Provide gracious, attentive hospitality to residents and guests, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming dining experience
- Guide residents and guests through menus with confidence, demonstrating strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders and collaborate closely with kitchen and dining team members to deliver prompt, world-class service
- Set, clear, and reset tables in accordance with company standards
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, appearance, and health in all dining areas
- Assist in the bar and coffee shop as scheduled
- Support meal preparation as requested by the culinary team
- Help maintain appropriate stock levels in the bar, coffee shop, and front-of-house areas
- Assist with special events, themed meals, and community activities as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-centered culture by assisting coworkers during busy service times
Requirements
Education & Experience
- A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and resident satisfaction
