Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor & indoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to painting, cleaning, maintenance, and landscape upkeep. The Handyman will play a crucial role in ensuring that our grounds are well-kept and inviting for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance activities.
- Maintaining apartments and building appearance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Monitor the condition of indoor and outdoor areas and report any issues such as pest infestations or equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order through regular inspection and servicing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in handyman maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, gardening practices, and landscape design principles.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
