RN – Operating Room (OR) Manager - Evergreen Park, IL
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts (40 Hours/Week)
Salary: $67–$77/hour
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred (license transfer accepted if currently licensed in another state with OR experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience as an OR Manager, Charge RN, Team Lead, or equivalent.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- CNOR Certification preferred.
- Recent Operating Room Circulating experience required.
- Hospital or Ambulatory Surgery Center OR leadership experience accepted.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee daily OR operations and support staff in a fast-paced surgical environment.
