PAY & BONUSES (W2 Position)
- Weekly Gross: $1,766 to $2,060+ (Average).
- Mileage Pay: $0.71 CPM for all dispatched miles (Loaded and Empty).
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (Paid out over time).
- Unload Pay: $275 per fully unloaded trailer.
- Extra Pay: $20 per stop / $50 per backhaul.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dedicated Routes: Steady lanes through IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO.
- Store Deliveries: Average 3 to 5 stops per trailer at major retail stores.
- Touch Freight: You will back into the dock and move boxes (avg. 135 lbs) onto a conveyor belt.
- Home Time: Reliable weekly home time for a full 34-hour reset.
- Modern Fleet: Late-model (20222025) Freightliners and Kenworths.
- Consistent Miles: Expect 1,600 to 2,000 miles per week, bringing in $1,136 to $1,420 in mileage pay alone.
- The Bottom Line: Every time you finish a trailer, youve earned an extra $275. Unload just 2 trailers a week and youve added $550 to your check on top of your miles and stops.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old.
- Experience: At least 3 months of solo Class A experience in the last 3 years.
- Stability: Max 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
- Testing: Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screens.
- Reliability: No employment gaps over 6 months in the last year.
