What You’ll Do
- Research public county records and property information
- Locate and review deeds and other public records
- Verify property ownership and project information
- Prepare documents for mailing and electronic recording
- Communicate professionally with customers, attorneys, and other parties
- Manage important deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Maintain the high standards of accuracy and customer service SunRay is known for
- Prepare and process Notices to Owner (NTOs) and other construction documents
