Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
Agency Role: Provides speech and language assessments, develops individualized communication goals, and recommends services for children with speech and language delays.
Reports To: Director of Thrive and Grow Inc.Positions Reporting To Them: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), if applicable.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid California SLP license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred). Experience in early intervention preferred. DOJ clearance and background check. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to determine delays. Develop and implement individualized speech and language goals. Provide direct therapy services in natural environments (home/community settings). Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members. Educate caregivers on speech and language development strategies. Document progress and submit reports to the Service Coordinator and program director.
Pay: $60.00 - $95.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
