Staff Immigration Attorney — Chris Cain Law

Chris Cain Law is hiring a Staff Immigration Attorney to join our team. This position is split between Chris Cain Law and our affiliated nonprofit, Immigration Services Monterey (501(c)(3)), offering the opportunity to work across both a private practice and a public-interest organization — including potential PSLF eligibility.
About the Role
You'll manage a caseload focused on family-based and humanitarian immigration matters, supervise a small team including a certified immigration specialist, and work alongside an established attorney with the opportunity to gain criminal defense experience along the way.

Requirements
- 2+ years of immigration law experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Compensation
$85,000 – $105,000, depending on experience
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
