Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong foundation in appliance repair, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC & appliance technology, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances and mechanical systems following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including air conditioning units, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and related equipment.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs.
- Collaborate with team members to lead or assist in construction projects or upgrades involving mechanical or HVAC systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning systems and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
- Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and problem-solving under pressure.

Pay: $27.17 - $32.72 per hour
