We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and committed Christian clinician who:

Is proficient in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related mental health concerns
Responsibilities:

Provide therapy in-office or remotely

Conduct assessments and treatment planning

Maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with team members and supervisors

Participate in trainings and team meetings
-
Minimum 2 years of experience with children, adolescents, families, and trauma-affected clients

Cultural competence and willingness to work respectfully with diverse communities

W2 employment (no 1099 issues)

Flexible scheduling (25 direct counseling hours for full-time)

Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field

Active NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAMFT, PsyD, etc.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and crisis intervention

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
