About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Field Technician, you will serve as a primary expert in maintaining home comfort systems, ensuring that heating and cooling units operate at peak performance. You will utilize your technical expertise in diagnostics and system repair to improve indoor air quality and energy efficiency for our valued residential clients.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform high-quality repairs on a diverse range of residential systems, including forced-air, geothermal, ductless, and hydronic units.

Optimize system performance by utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to resolve complex airflow, refrigerant, and electrical issues.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by clearly explaining system health and recommending improvements for safety and efficiency.

Manage your mobile inventory effectively to ensure timely, first-visit resolutions for all service calls.

Mentor junior technicians to foster a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation using modern field management software like Service Titan.
Qualifications-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EPA Universal Certification.

Proven ability to interpret and apply HVAC industry best practices and local building codes.

3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and maintenance.

Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting high-velocity and steam-based heating systems.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer education and consultative service.
