Position Summary: Supports active production by performing in-process cleaning, changeover sanitation, and maintaining a safe production environment.

Schedule: Afternoon/evening (2nd shift)
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning during production
- Support allergen changeovers
- Maintain sanitation standards
- Maintain sanitation tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School graduate or GED (required).
- Prior cleaning or sanitation experience, particularly in food manufacturing or industrial environments, is preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Food manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred
- Strong reliability and attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements
- Standing & Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Lifting & Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Repetitive Movements: Frequent use of hands and arms to perform repetitive tasks such as grasping, handling, assembling, or operating machinery.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to use hand tools, machinery controls, and equipment with coordination and precision.
- Bending & Reaching: Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching above shoulder level.
- Climbing: Occasional use of stairs, ladders, or platforms.
- Visual Requirements: Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read instructions, labels, gauges, and safety warnings.
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in a potentially noisy environment (hearing protection may be required).
- Work Environment Tolerance: Ability to work in conditions that may include noise, temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), dust, fumes, or odors, use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Endurance & Stamina: Ability to maintain focus and physical activity throughout the duration of the shift, including overtime when required.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
