We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
- Perform drain cleaning using manual or power tools to clear blockages and ensure proper flow
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently
- Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work
- Assist with remodeling projects by installing or replacing plumbing fixtures and systems as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues and extend their lifespan
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and addressing client questions professionally
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing systems
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras
- Knowledge of local building codes, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely as part of daily tasks; physically fit for demanding work environments
- Prior construction site experience with remodeling or handyman projects preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly
