We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing multidisciplinary outpatient medical practice specializing in musculoskeletal and injury-related care. This position plays an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting physicians and advanced practice providers in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This is a PRN opportunity, shift and schedules vary on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support throughout the patient visit.
- Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, document medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with office-based procedures and treatments.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as ordered.
- Coordinate patient care, referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, procedures, and post-visit instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care.
- Monitor inventory and maintain clinical supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.
- Travel between three clinic locations based on patient and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
- Current BLS certification required (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; outpatient or specialty clinic experience is a plus.
- Experience with EMR documentation.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
