- Experience: Minimum 3 years of acute care hospital experience
Responsibilities
The Labor & Delivery RN provides safe, effective, and high-quality care to patients based on NorthBay’s nursing practice model and Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and planning patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Delivering patient-focused, culturally competent care while acting as a patient advocate.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Using advanced communication and technical skills to support positive patient outcomes.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and regulatory standards.
