Savvee Inc. is seeking a part-time strategic Journeyman Public Relations Specialist to support our federal client onsite in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate plans and executes comprehensive PR campaigns, develops targeted communications products, and conducts research to inform cybersecurity awareness strategies while collaborating with clients and project teams. They will measure public attitudes and behaviors and build strategic partnerships at national, regional, and local levels to amplify cybersecurity messaging and promote resources effectively.

Planning strategic direction and development of comprehensive PR campaigns.

Working with client and project team members.

Conducting research to gain insight into approaches for raising public awareness of cybersecurity.

Developing and executing communications strategies and associated products (tool kits, releases, blogs, social media content, infographics and events).

Measuring cybersecurity attitudes and actions among the general public.

Promoting strategic partnerships with organizations at the national, regional, and local levels to advance cybersecurity messaging as well as promoting cybersecurity resources in innovative and impactful ways.

Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.

Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.

Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field

Five or more years of demonstrated experience

Must have the ability to obtain the client’s suitability

A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products

Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AIassisted tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A highly motivated selfstarter

Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
