We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Korean-Bilingual Entry Level Litigation Attorney to join our Personal Injury legal team. In this role, you will assist with a broad range of litigation matters, gaining valuable hands-on experience in court procedures, legal research, and case management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research
- Assist in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Prepare for court depositions by organizing evidence and developing questioning strategies
- Participate in client communication to gather information and provide updates under supervision
- Review and analyze statutes, regulations, and procedural law to ensure compliance and effective advocacy
- Contribute to legal case management through organization of documents, tracking deadlines, and maintaining case records
Qualifications
- Biliangual in Korean
- Strong communication & writing skills
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
