Position: Warehouse Coordinator
- Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256
- Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00hr
- Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Overview:
Warehouse and inventory professional with experience supporting regulated GMP environments, including pharmaceutical and/or food-grade manufacturing operations. Skilled in receiving, shipping, inventory control, and data entry within compliance-driven supply chain systems. Strong background in handling raw materials, documentation accuracy, and maintaining SOP-driven warehouse workflows in highly regulated environments.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES EXPERIENCE:
- Warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory control in GMP-regulated environments
- Data entry and ERP system updates for shipments, receipts, and material tracking
- Loading and unloading materials at dock areas with forklift operation (stand-up experience preferred)
- Cycle counting inventory and maintaining FIFO compliance
- Preparing, staging, and processing outbound shipments based on work orders and pick lists
- Verifying incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, labeling, and SOP compliance
- Maintaining documentation accuracy aligned with cGMP / GDP standards
- Supporting quality and procurement teams with material discrepancies and shipment issues
- Maintaining clean, audit-ready warehouse environments in compliance with GMP standards
- Tracking order confirmations, vendor documentation, and delivery updates
GMP & COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in cGMP or similarly regulated environments (pharmaceutical or food manufacturing)
- Strong adherence to SOPs, GDP documentation standards, and quality systems
- Familiar with SISPQ principles (Safety, Identity, Strength, Purity, Quality)
- Compliance-focused handling of raw materials and finished goods throughout lifecycle
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- ERP / inventory management systems
- Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic tracking and reporting)
- Shipping/receiving documentation and material traceability
- Forklift operation (stand-up preferred)
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year GMP experience required (pharma or food manufacturing acceptable)
- 2+ years warehouse/shipping/receiving experience in regulated environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to follow strict SOPs and regulatory procedures
- Able to lift up to 40lbs and work in industrial/regulated environments
